Community Real Estate LLC was founded in 2006 by me, Russ Williamson, a veteran of the real estate Market in Northeast Tennessee having spent four years as a Realtor in Hawkins County area prior to opening my own agency.

My first goal was, and still is, to provide the traditional real estate services of listing and selling property as well as offering new services to the Community that are not offered by any other agency in this area. Those specific services are Owner Financing, Property Management Services, and House Staging. We have a full time services staff that offer House Painting, General Maintenance, and Home Cleaning Service is available.

My next goal is to support the well being of our Community by being directly involved in supporting local efforts to enhance the lives of our neighbors. We are involved in many fund raising and Community support groups such as:
